I had a exam at another clinic and found frames I loved here. After several weeks I still had pain in my eye. They had me come in and have a exam by them. Only to find out the other clinic had not made the proper corrections for my vision. It was great they took the time with me to find the proper rx.
What an absolute circus. An appointment scheduled for a replacement hearing aid, that was to be transferred from one of their other locations, no pre-communication, but when we attend the appointment, they don't have the hearing aid!!!!! Overall, a series of phone calls not returned, abrupt front desk service, and when my wife called to pre-pay the bill, she had to call twice (despite the promise of a return call). Their customer service is an absolute shambles!!!!
I just purchased my lenses from Blaine Family Eye Care. Dr. Rodney and his team are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and I felt really cared about getting my prescription right. I would highly recommend them. Joe
