Was there today and best experience in years that I have had. Dr Gina Khong, Jessica and Lana we’re outstanding they explained everything fully to my understanding. No high pressure and the are very caring. I highly recommend these folks

This was the worst, most uncomfortable and exploitive dental experience that I have ever experienced in 40 years of dental care. I came in for a simple basic dental cleaning that cost less than $100 all over the metro area. Not only did I not get my teeth cleaned, but instead I walked away with a $119 charge ( actually (2) $119 charges as that is the number of charges that are still showing on my charge card statement) for only the examination. Trash and disgrace to the field. it used to be a nice and friendly and efficient office but now needs to be shut down and reported to the board! they are rude, chronically late, incompetent, crown isn't the right color or size, try to tell you that you need things you don't need or they only give you the most expensive option rather than revealing all available options so that you can make an informed decision. would rather give 0 stars

Went to get a broken tooth restored. It was done fast and efficiently. Office and equipment are very sterile and clean. Nice people.

Stadium dental told me I had a cavity and said they cleaned my teeth. I went to my regular dentist and they said there was still tartar on my teeth and proceeded to honestly cleanmy teeth and said I didn’t have a cavity. I try to never go back to Stadium dentist

Killian Dentistry has inexperienced new grads preforming procedures they shouldn’t be. I went for a root canal and several canals were still exposed. Also there was cement left in my gums from improper cleaning. I had the trouble of finding an specialist ( who only performs root canals) to fix what Killian Dentistry fail to do. The people are nice and the office are clean.

The only good thing I can say at all about this place is the hygienist Shawna. The front desk staff are often rude and terribly unorganized. They even canceled an appointment for my son without calling me and lied and said they spoke to my husband . Completely false . The dentists there are constantly changing . You may have one on one visit and someone else you have never met the next time . The communication there is AWFUL. You never know what to expect when you get there. I am a healthcare provider. Called ask if they took my insurance they said they did I ask them to confirm this she said she would and call me back if there was a problem My appointment was 2 weeks away and the day before my appointment they called said they didnt take my insurance I WOULD NOT RECOMENDTHIS PLACE I had a bad tooth and they didnt care

So I had a cleaning scheduled for months. Through some stupid online app called Smilegeneration.com I confirmed the appointment TWICE. Then I show up at the appointment time and told that I need to check in by phone on their proprietary mobile app or I'm not there for my appt. But also told that setting up the app on my phone will take so much time that they can't do the cleaning and I have to make another appointment.
