I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Lamberth and the amazing staff at BAPH. What they have done for me and my cat Fred, is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately Fred had to be put to sleep but the care we received during these last 9 weeks was truly amazing. They cared for him and for me every step of the way. They checked in with me and walked me through each obstacle we faced. I am so grateful to everyone that works there. I would absolutely refer anyone to this clinic!
Not only did they save my baby the were very clear and concise about what my options were and the cost of those options. I had never had to bring my baby to emergency vet care before. I was scared as heck and Dr. Gordon and the staff really eased my fears. I left Koda there knowing he was in great care. I was kept updated on Koda's condition throughout the day by staff and Dr. Gordon personally. Koda was able to be discharged a few hours early and the staff at the front desk refunded us the portion of payment that was unused... read more
