My husband and I have lived here for nearly 2 years. We have had a great experience and look forward to coming home to our townhome every day. The layout and vaulted ceiling make it unique. It is also nice to have amenities like a small backyard, a garage and shaded carport, in-house washing machine, and an outdoor hose to wash our cars. BPM’s landscaping is well-maintained and we always feel safe in this location. I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Tulare area.
Obviously all the reviews above were written by BPM themselves. But anyways if you rent from them. Upon move it take LOTS of pictures! Write EVERYTHING down on your move in list. Anything that's dirty, dingy, lose, dusty like baseboards, fans, light fixtures. Note any weeds you see in the yard anything in the yard that needs cleaning. DON'T be lean! We are tenant of a property managed by Blain Property Management since November 2012. We got our home easily and very quickly. The staff of BPM are immediately available, courteous, professional, and punctual. When needed, the maintenance staff is friendly and knows their stuff. This is my second time renting from BPM, so I guess I always go back to the greatest.
Blain customer service is amazing. I moved from Michigan to California and most of my paperwork and initial application was done online or via fax. The apartment was beautiful with wood flooring throughout the apartment. Everything inside and outside is maintained very well. If you have questions or concerns, each is handled within hours. Blain owners take pride in the properties and in tenants that live in them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Blain Property Management made our journey in renting a home fast and easy. Being our first time renting from a company, we were very impressed how easy and fast service Blain Property Management staff delivered. We’ve enjoyed our experience with Blain Property Management, have had no issues with home or staff and we would definitely re-consider BPM and recommend others to try Blain Property Management!
My experience with BPM has been great. This is the first time I rented a house and they were pleasant and very prompt with handling everything. The staff that I encountered was great every time I contacted them. They were pleasant to me. The house that I am renting is great. They came in and made sure everything was done prior to my move-in.
