I have been having a problem with my air conditioning unit which was installed by Blain-Air about 18 months ago and still under warranty. Having called to flag the problem I received a call back about 5 minutes later and a technician was booked for the same afternoon. He has just left and from initial call to resolution was less than a couple of hours. I have read other reviews here that have been critical of Blain-Air's follow up service so I can only say that my experience was beyond anything that I would normally expect.
The owner is very nice man. I believe he will help you to get what you need.
I had an air conditioning unit installed by this company, and although there was a controller issue that needed to be fixed under warranty, they eventually resolved it. Best in the business going around, have had an issue with my cooling. Reached out to get it serviced and fixed before the hot weather set in and they were able to come out and fix my issue the same week. Would recommend, friendly and always happy to help.
