Terrible I hate them
They are so rude. They wanted to ruin my credit due to a friend being busy and not being able to make it to a dental appointment.
Charging people for a missed appointment is un heard of. Then to threaten to harm their credit? Absolutely preposterous.
I'm new to the Poplar Bluff area. I called and made an appointment with these folks. Got called into work and had to cancel the visit. Not being from here, I couldn't remember the dentist name other than it started with a B. I called Beaird Fanily Dentistry inadvertently and canceled with them. They said they had no record of an appointment. I chalked it up to bad record keeping. Few weeks later I get a $40 bill in the mail for a missed appointment.
