Mr. John Blades is a shady landlord. Refuses to take any kind of formal payment for rent. He allegedly came inside house to collect cash rent payment, then in less than a week, came and stole anything that was worth anything. Then he threw the rest in dumpster, including small children's toys. I do believe this is illegal in Texas. It certainly is immoral. He says he knows what he is doing as far as being a landlord.
