Luis was a true professional. I really liked him not only as a tech but as a person. He's a great asset for your company.
Highly not recommended unless you have no choice. They installed my new HVAC heater wrong and then charged me to come back and fix it, not once but three times. Each time they have messed up the appointment and showed up the wrong time or with the wrong parts. Meanwhile the lady at the desk is as unhelpful as ever with a terrible attitude. The only thing worse than no heat in the winter is no heat in the winter and needing to rely on Blades.

I’d previously reported that I wasn’t satisfied with Blade's Service because the technician unsuccessfully tried to bypass a switch while awaiting a replacement part. He tried, but it didn’t work out. The same service tech returned after the part came in and replaced the inoperative A/C part. *** Result: THE A/C WORKS TERRIFICALLY! *** Blades’s HVAC really does try to satisfy its customers! Bravo! Many thanks to Blade’s HVAC, and to ‘Joe’.
