I visited Paris many times in the seventies. I ate in some very famous and high end French restaurants. Last night, while savoring the meal here, I closed my eyes and traveled back thirty years to the City of Lights. This little bistro in the middle of nowhere is worthy of five Michelin stars. Perfection.
