Outstanding food! Fantastic ambiance. The staff and owners always make you feel at home.
I can not express how amazing this Bistro is!! The bartender Alex is amazing making each drink with so much pride you can't help but love a drink you never thought you'd like. The Chef knows what he is doing, I've been to high end steak houses and they have nothing on the NY strip served with yumminess all over! The award winning pasta dish has definitely earned that award! The owner is such a dear lady that you can't help but want to hang out all night! The entire staff is amazing!
We discovered Blades even before we moved to Placitas. We come from Charleston South Carolina which is definately a foodie town but Blades holds its own So fortunate to have such a great restaurant in our small but wonderful town!

Our fav go to bistro when we are are in Placitas. It's also a place we can proudly take our friends that come to visit us. Of course they fall in love with it too. Pups are welcome on the patio & treated with a cookie & a dish of water. The servers are all super friendly & welcome us with huge smiles & an occasional hug.
Fantastic food, be sure and have Amber be your server. She's great. Tip her 30 percent at least.
Amazing food!! Excellent service! Great value!! Love this place and all it has to offer! Try out the lemon cello's, fruit de mare pasta and have the bread pudding for dessert! They also have great cuts of steak, the horseradish crusted steak is super yummy too!! Enjoy!!
