I am so sad, it hurts. I trusted that this company was going to do a good job and have pride in their work and he has let me down. No one stacks 2 pieces of wood on top of another and puts that as the threshold in front of the door and the top piece was actually cut into 2. The outside window casing was worn out pieces of wood that was painted messy and put up. That is not what you use to encase a window from the outside. That wood is going to rot. It started out great But the owner told me the motor the manufacturer sent was to small for the size of the door He said he would take care if it Now won't return my calls It's been months
