Blackwood Excavation damages our environment and 120 year old street trees by flagrantly violating the City of Seattle regulations for their protection. Blackwood Homes is fantastic builder highly recommend them I personally know the owner honest and with high integrity definitely highly recommend them.

Blackwood will not respond to any of my buyers 90 day warranty requests and are extremely unreliable.
They do not honor their word for repairs in the first year of living in your property and have poor communication. I moved into my townhouse in April of 2023 and still haven’t been able to get any responses from their warranty team for repair claims after a year and a half.
