The office staff is very polite but Dr. Blackwell himself is not. When he first came in to examine my daughter he didn't even introduce himself or give any eye contact. When she got a cavity filled he had to drill but didn't use anything to numb it. She had trouble with the tooth and when we came back for him to look at it he wouldn't see her because she didn't have her retainer with her. The saga isn't over. Obviously, when we're finished getting this tooth right, we won't be back.

I give this office 3 stars only because the girl at the front desk is terrible and very unprofessional. I walked in as a new patient and had to wait for her to finish a personal call on her CELL phone. Who talks on their cell phones at their jobs especially a receptionist. If the DR would get rid of the receptionist then the office would be a pleasant one. She is rude and was even rude to other patients and staff while I was there. Will never go back as long as she is there!!!!
