Great place when Dr. Blackwell was there. Haven't been there since his retirement so I can't review the new staff.
If I could give no stars I would! My husband went in for Mohs surgery. He developed an infection and has been in the hospital for the past 3 days and still isn’t home. The doctor and the surgeon never called to follow up even though I called the doctor. Do not have your procedure done here!!! I will never return!!! The only reason we went there was because after Dr Blackwell retired we thought we would have had the same experience that we did with him since they took over the location
Doctor was good but office is awful. Took 3 weeks for them to connect with insurance to pre authorize an ointment I didn't find out needed it until I went to pick up. After me having to call 3 times they finally found out it wouldn't be covered. Now, they rescheduled my followup appointment, I went to find out the office was closed. I left a note asking them to call me to reschedule again since I never have luck getting them on the phone. It been 5 days and no call.
This place has been mine for over 15 years. The BEST place you can go for care. Today was a MUHS things, Yesenia = AWESOME, Cindy, well, always AWESOME. Chris, wonderful care and Dr. Fabricant is amazing. Less than 2 hour visit. If you hate to wait, stop complaining. Adjust your schedules to be treated perfectly by these people. They Rock
