Very helpful! and the longest I've stood with in regards to any insurance agent. This company has been servicing me for the past 4 years. I recently contacted Blackwell about a rate increase on my auto insurance. I was promptly attended to and given an explanation as to why my rate was increased and how to resolve the issue. THEN I FORGOT TO DO IT, GO FIGURE.... Guess what! Maria Alvarez, who was the one assisting me gave me a gentle reminder that if I did my part she would take care of my issue.
