My husband and I just replaced both our outside unit, inside unit and had all new duct work placed. Troy the first guy that came out to look at what we had and tell us what we needed was very knowledgeable and honest with us. We didn’t feel like he was trying to get us to buy something we didn’t need . The crew was so nice during install, they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up nicely after themselves! Have always given good, timely service. I have a boarding kennel, and they are very understanding that the comfort of the dogs are very important. They have always been polite and mindful to keep gates and doors closed.
They have been maintaining my system for over 10 years. Excellent service and servicemen. When it is time for a new unit, Blackwell will get the job.

Everyone I've dealt with at this company is top notch. The girls in the office are very friendly & helpful. The technician was really knowledgeable and fast. And the installers for my new system were hard working and thorough. Didn't stop until I had cold air. Never dealt with a company with such great customer service before. Highly recommend to anyone!! I've tried the coupon cheapy companies in the past and learned the hard way I get what I pay for. These people know their stuff.
Extremely satisfied with the new airconditioning unit installed. The workers were professional and courteous during the whole process. Would definitely refer this company to other friends and neighbors.
