I used another dealership until they told me they no longer offer pick up and delivery for service. So I called Blackwell Ford and they got me in the next day and provide pick up and delivery service. They made it so easy. Will definitely be my new dealership.

I have had my 2022 truck in for service a few times(not just simple oil changes) and every time I try to get an update I have to talk to my service rep who NEVER answers his phone nor returns the calls. I had it in for a sensor failure as well as an oil change. the part is backlogged and they said they did the oil change but my truck says otherwise. I was missing the key for my locked lug nuts and I thought that Blackwell's service department may have accidentally used it and forgot to return it to my glove box after repairing my brakes a few years ago. When I called to describe my issue, they said to bring it in and they would replace the lug nuts for free, which I was very relieved because it had been a few years and I wasn't positive that they misplaced my key.
