Staff is rude. More concerned about the form of payment than anything. Starting with the front desk. Very rude over the phone. Who wants to spend money dealing with poor customer service? New staff is highly recommended.

I had an appointment mind you I work in a medical atmosphere every day so to call to either reschedule my appointment or let them know I’m running late and to get the most unprofessional hood speaking receptionist/secretary/whatever she was made me say I will never spend a penny at this establishment I have never meet the podiatrist so I can’t say what type of person she is and I try to support the urban businesses especially black female business women and owners but when you have unprofessional people scheduling your appoi... read more

If I could give it 0 I would . The staff is SO super rude which is sad because the Dr. was actually nice . My first apt was double booked also which sucks . It has been over 2 months since my appointment and they hadn’t gotten back with me but called asking about billing info . Currently trying to file a formal complaint is hard also .

Very rude! I called inquiring about a service to get clarification and whoever answered just hung up in my face and repeatedly hung up every time I call back. If you don't want to answer questions please find another profession I know Dr Blackwell from being a patient years before. Her bedside manor is what made me seek her out once she changed locations. But I cannot and will not be using her services.
