They saved my vacation I had to be towed in starter died throttle sender dead and cable two strands left on my 2000 3500 duelly. Parked my 5th wheel in back for the night done the next day. Very poor service department. Left intake off my 2010 journey and pushed it outside with out covering the intake doesn't take much sand or dirt to ruin a set of rings or aluminum head . At prior service the tech left caliper bolts loose and while driving home from dealership it came off and locked up front right wheel and bent rim! Then they left it on their rollback with it chained downed tight on the rear and ruined rear struts ! Refused to fix right this last time refused to warranty will not be back !
MMM WHERE DO I START THE SERVICE MGR LIED TO US AND TOLD US THAT TOW WAS COVERED AND IT WASNT AND THEY TOLD US THAT THE PART WAS COVERED AND IT WASNT. OH THEN THERE WAS THE SITUATION WHEN MY WHEEL LOCKED BECAUSE THE SERVICE DIDNT PUT DO THEIR JOB AND IT ABOUT PUT ME AND TWO OF MY KIDS IN A DITCH.
