Salesman was good but service sucks big time. Radio didn’t work in what we bought and it took a month to get one in and now there is other problems starting with it. I find out after we bought it that it was not serviced before we bought it and under the hood was dirty and full of leaves everywhere there could be. Plus the rear dvd don’t work and the back up camera is real dark since they put the new radio in. People shop elsewhere for your next automobile. Service department is a complete joke. Took our jeep in three times for the same thing. They completely ignored our issues. When you ask what they found out, nobody knew anything and always has to talk to somebody else. Then they won't call you back. Was told that several times and never got a call back. We had to go up after work hours just to find our jeep setting in the parking lot with the keys in it. Would have been nice if they would have told us this or used some common sense and locked the extra key in it.. Will not ... read more

I started taking my F250 to their Dodge store in Malden years ago for service before they had the Ford service department and they ALWAYS took great care of me and my truck. My dad started going with his F350 after I told him how well they treated me. We bought our Jeep there last year and they were great at helping with that as well. I was impressed with them for sure!!
Worst place to buy a truck ever bought a ram it broke and they wouldn’t honor when it comes down to money Harry keeps it in his pocket!!!
