Unfortunately my wonderful experience with Blackwater has been turned upside down within the past week. I have had ZERO luck reaching anyone within the office. Not one person there will answer my attempts to reach them by text, voicemail, or call. I believe there has been restructuring within the Lynchburg office that is causing this burden. This makes me very nervous for my future with BW.
I was very excited to be moving into my new apartment, but unfortunately, my experience with Blackwater has been disappointing so far. When I first toured the unit, I had a few concerns that I was assured would be addressed before my move-in date, which was 2.5 weeks away. Fast forward to move-in day, and I immediately noticed several issues. The kitchen had not been cleaned at all, the refrigerator was filled with gunk and grime, with mold inside the freezer. I went to go view one of their properties , usually they will send a link so that I can put the lock box number. I was never sent the link . I called the property management with no response or even a call back . Very unprofessional!!!
