Communication was one of the biggest issues. Emails sent to their main inbox often went unanswered for long periods of time, and we frequently had to send multiple follow-ups just to receive a response IF we even received a response. Maintenance and property issues were also handled very slowly. Problems such as a water leak and bug infestation took far longer than expected to address, which was very frustrating as tenants. They are terrible people. They don’t answer their phones at all for nobody. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL. They have terrible attitudes. They don’t want to communicate with nobody until they are trying to take you to court and that’s it. Again they are terrible people don’t rent from them
Rented for years through blackwater. First year was great when Kim was the manager there. After she left, everything went downhill. No communication! We call all extensions, text, and email, but get nothing back. At first it took months for maintenance to fix things, but at a certain point, they just stop answering us.
