My family and I had an awful experience at your sled run today. I had called on Friday to make sure it wasn't sold out for 1-3 today. I was told it was good. I asked to make a reservation and was told it was only for 10 or more. We drove 2 hours today, arrived 1.5 hours before the start time and it was sold out. I asked to buy tickets and was greeted by two extremely rude workers who said "can't you read. It's sold out." This is the only winter activity around that we can do as a family with a 2 year old. Definitely worth the trip ! Great place to visit !
We were lucky enough to see the park after a wonderful snowfall left all the trees covered in a blanket of white. Spectacular! (And kudos to the park staff for the beautifully maintained trails, immaculately clean cabins, and all-around great service! ) We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful setting with Mountain Laurel and Rhododendron. Great boardwalk allowing you to get up to the falls. Multiple overlooks into the canyon.
I had the honor of working there as the Restaurant manager and also living on one of the most beautiful places in the world. I recommend highly!
