first time I took my bike to them it was a Walmart bike. I had been using another bike shop in town but quit using them when they had bad things to say about my bike. It was the best I could afford at the time. switched to Blackwater and the guys there were very helpful and complimentary of me just getting out and riding. I have been going there ever since and about my first bike shop quality bike from them. I reccommend them to everyone I talk cycling to.

Customer service was lacking. The first time I went in to look at bikes I was completely ignored. I did buy a used bike since they offered a good price. I felt the customer service at Bikes Unlimited was much better and I went to them for my tune up and accessories.
