Blackwater Bike Shop, way to lose a customer. I came in yesterday and purchased a bike for my son. At no point was I allowed in the store to view inventory, the girl brought the bike out to me. When I selected one, I was given no information regarding returns or refunds. Instead she took my card inside and then returned outside to get my phone number.
