Elan is incredibly pushy and rude via text. Constantly switches rent price/features on Zillow making it confusing for the person who may want to rent, exactly what’s being offered. Beware of this company/person. I personally think it’s a scam and would be terrified to give them my money. Asking $1,650 on a tiiiny 600 sq ft apartment in Bayview is hilarious. It’s not Chicago. Best of luck to this dude.
Agree with the other review. He tried to pressure us into sending the money for the first months rent and other fees before talking to us, and tried to tell us we were in a bidding war over the apartment when we were trying to iron out details. When confronted, he told us to look for another apartment. Avoid at all costs.
This man will steal your deposit and first months rent, and then prevent you from moving into an apartment. He is a con man. Do not rent from this company.
