Reviews don't matter. They're out of business. We need a GOOD restaurant in Lake Villa.
Out of most everything on menu and severely understaffed
This place is absolutely awful. Service, food, atmosphere, it's all bad...
Had 6 o'clock reservations for 15 for a bachelorette party this evening… Arrived with the entire bridal party and friends and family to learn they aren't even open? They had my phone number and email address in the reservation confirmation from weeks ago and I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call or email to let me know they were closed. What kind of business operates like this? I will recommend no one is at this establishment. I work in the service industry/private events and am absolutely appalled!!! ZERO STARS!
Hated to give such a low score, but this place has really gone downhill. Last two visits were terrible, today we left because we were told to "seat yourself and someone will be right with you", which didn't happen in the 10 minutes we sat there. Hardly anyone in the restaurant too. And, yes, pouring soda from a 2-litre bottle. Used to be amazing, now on the verge of closing more than likely.
Tables were sticky. Kids ordered the cheese pizza which was nasty. I let them have pop with their pizza but I seen the waiter poor a 2 liter into regular size glasses and just fill it half way. I ordered the tripple club sandwich and it was super bland, no pickle, and some of the worst fries ever! Glad i didn't spend 25 bucks on the rack of ribs. Service was also slow. Never going back. Oh and the only other table there i seen complain because their plastic cup had a leak in it. At least we solved the sticky table mystery.
More than they should get we have eaten there before over 6 months ago even then we questioned the service. Prior to that we had been there 4 or 5 times and found it hsd good food and service. Now we will never return are waitress disappeared for better then 15 mins. Even though there was only one other tsble with customers in the restaurant.
