Great Place – This is my first time writing a review. So please bear with me. I found this place on this website and I went on a date there. Not only was the place great their music was good and the people were friendly. The bar tender remembered our names and was very polite. She was great, she kept our drinks coming and always asked if we needed anything. I'm going back, this time I might try the pool tables.
great service – I have never really felt the need to write a review before. I think it's sad that just getting good service warrants a review but I have to write about this. I went to Blackstones on a Monday night expecting it to be on the slower side but there was a decent crowd. The cocktail server was great and seemed way too happy. It doesnt get better than this . . . – Best bar food ever, period. Friendly wait staff. Plenty of tvs to watch the big game on. Be it after work or a lazy weekend day I highly recommend this bar!!!
This is just a bar – Blackstone's is a nice enough place, but it is just another of a million bars like it in NYC and every other city in this country. Wooden accents, pool table, cold beer and a martini. Upstairs private party space. Nice people, but going here as a special destination? No, that's not the kind of place it is.
Nice Surprise – The Blackstone Burger is very good. It was a little strange to eat a cheesburger on an english muffin, but I must say it was still tasty. In fact the muffin doesn't fall apart like a cheap hamburger bun does. The onion rings were also great. The bar was clean and very nice. The service was great as well. I look forward to coming back.
Blackstones Has It All!! – Great atmosphere, food, service and of course, beer. My friends and I have been to happy hour, late night dining (the sliders and shrimp wrapped with bacon is a must try) and friday night in the back room. Always a good time with lots of fun. Recently been to a private party in the downstairs room. Service and food were AWESOME!!!
