Arrived less than 2 minutes past the five-minute “grace period” (roads were an ice-rink). Been waiting months for my child's appointment and he was denied care. Meanwhile, patients are routinely brought back 15–20 minutes late with no acknowledgment. The double standard is unacceptable. Policies should apply both ways. Taking time off work only to be turned away over a few minutes shows a lack of basic respect for patients’ time and circumstances. they cancelled the appointment i had set up without even bothering to give me a call beforehand to confirm it i called an hour after i got the cancellation and was told "we actually dont have any availability. call back in a few days." I was told I had no more cavities.. even though I could see two of them and I was in pain… went to a different practice they fixed them right up. Was told I needed my root canal removed cause it “failed” a 3 yr old root canal when I went to the new office they said the tooth was good and infection was healing
Never had an issue with this place until today. First, they send a reminder text letting you know about your upcoming appointment which I was aware of since I add it to my calendar. They called me once to remind me of my appointment and left a voicemail. They called twice and said if I don’t call to confirm the appointment they will cancel it. No le doy menos estrellas porque no se puede, háganse el favor de no perder su tiempo en este lugar, mal servicio, mala atención, no hacen buen trabajo y además si llegas 2 minutos después de tu cita por tráfico en su mismo parqueadero no te atienden es el colmo!!!
