Absolutely horrible experience. I was here ten years ago, and they simply do not care. Apply topical anesthetic? Great. It's there for 2 seconds? Great, drilling starts. I like how I felt all the pain in the dental chair, and I was feeling super numb for almost 16 hours later, which means they used too much and didn't use it correctly. I like supporting local businesses, but this is awful. And I'm REPOSTING THIS. My original review was removed per the company's activity. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I had an appointment and even left work early to ensure I arrived on time, as they only allow a 5-minute grace period. Always something with this place before it was15 minutes to be late but they don’t even care. Worst place ever.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I had an appointment confirmed in advance and even left work early to ensure I arrived on time, as they only allow a 5-minute grace period. However, just 15 minutes before my appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled due to a double booking. If I was able to give 0 stars,I would in a heartbeat. I've been wanting to go there for the longest time,because the facility is handicapped accessible (I use a rollator due to balance and mobility problems when walking). The original dentist I went to isn't handicap accessible for me now. Every time I call this facility,I get told to call back the following month. I haven't had a cleaning in about 2-3 years,due to this fact. And this facility is closer to my home,too. Just want to get back into getting my teeth cleaned agai... read more
