They are a scam. I had one phone interaction with them and was ABSOLUTELY sketchy. THEN they call and text me a thousand times a day on different phone numbers and ALSO somehow get my moms phone number, harass her, and harass my PCP. DO NOT get in this trap. I’ve had to block every number they’ve tried to use and even ask my PCP for my email or any other contact info. Get rid of this place. Ridiculous!
I paid more than expected for the lack of Blackstone's due diligence checking insurance coverage (tier 1 versus tier 2) despite the fact the representative told me the sleep test was 0 cost. Not nice and not a very responsible business.

Horrific customer service. Failed to mail us a bill, then called and were very confrontational. Gave them our email to expedite payment which they recorded wrong and called back even more confrontational. We corrected their mistake, again, and made payment. We'll look for every opportunity to warn people away from this group.
Needed to do a sleep apnea test because I am having medical issues due to, ya know, stopping breathing in my sleep. Blackstone called me to schedule my test, and informed me that I could make payments on it, since deductibles are a thing and not everyone can shell out that money in full. Set up my payment plan and only AFTER setting it up did the man (who had me on hold forever) tell me that I wouldn't receive the device until AUGUST (it's mid-April). it took over 6 weeks to get to get a test machine and had to call several times and they would send me to different departments and would never let me talk to a supervisor and was lied to about my insurance not supporting it by someone that was not even inside the US wanting my credit card number I finally had to get the dr to call. my dr is dropping their service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My husband was asked to pay up front $157 which he did. Our insurance then paid that which I had a feeling they would. It has been over a month of me calling them to refund our money. I talked to 2 people who told me it would be applied back to my credit card. It has never been refunded. They will upfront overcharge you then give you the run around for months to get a refund. Opened a BBB complaint and will open a fraud case with my bank.
Paid for the test,conducted and returned test as requested, never received any test results.
