Blackstone sent my device a week late with no notification and then proceeded to charge me a late fee when i didn't return the device fast enough. After disputing the charges they assessed a late payment fee.

I have never seen such incompetence! I was sent a ring with instructions to download an app to my phone and synch them up, wear the ring at night with phone nearby. I follow the instructions, the app asks for an ID, which I never got. I notify them I don't have ID. Next day via text I receive an ID which has an ) at the end. That night I enter it, invalid ID. Found interesting how people just expect everything done at home a curtsy activity. When something is unknown, one may frustrate. But when it comes to your own health, getting the help to resolve current affairs is to appreciate. They answered my calls even on Sunday's, despite the long waiting time weeks ago. A guy explained thoughtfully how to use the app in the middle of the night. It's not hard. One has to be focus with the instructions. There are minor setbacks, but for me was a good service. Keep up guys.

Sadly, extortion in late fees after a way less than reliable product. My ENT recommended this test. For weeks in calling Blackstone, it was "waiting for insurance approval". In three phone calls the same thing. No follow up until I called my doctor, within one day, I was approved. Then, the device was sent while I was out of town. Letting Blackstone know the same, my device time-frame was extended. Now, I received an email from Simon Zepata who is claiming my device was late and I owed $50. I was referred to Blackstone by my PCP back in October. They were very expeditious in charging my credit card and sending me the equipment. To my dismay, BCBS didn't approve the study, so I returned the equipment before using it. I requested a refund, but was told that it would take time, as they need to process a check. As of today, three months later, I am still waiting for the refund or for someone to call me. They do not answer the phone, as all is automated, and my emails are not being answered. Horrible customer service. Calls on the weekend, Wont allow you to speak to supervisor, Tells you one price then wants to charge a different price. 0/10
