If you're ever faced with dealing with this company....RUN! Communication is difficult, hold time waiting for assistance is excessive and help in getting problems resolved [especially billing] is the worst! I was billed supposedly because, according to Blackstone, my deductible with my secondary insurance [primary insurer claim was filed and covered] had not been met. They charged me two months in a row and never sent the “kit” until I called and then they sent it but I was so mad I sent back without using and wondering if they will ever give my money back seeing how they charged twice and I did not use when finally sent.
Terrible service. You will never get your results back. But they will sure charge you for that. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE !!!
terrible customer service. They were only efficient about billing. Took a month to get the "divise" which is just a bp ox sensor. they NEVER answer the phone
Would not use. When doctors get results they still want you to do the over night stay in hospital. No matter the results. The customer service is terrible if they owe you a refund. Had to go through my bank to get mine. They kept telling me the insurance customer service was looking at it. Very rude
I had a terrible experience with Blackstone Medical Services and would not recommend them to anyone. I paid $259 for a sleep apnea study that involved using a ring device, which did not function properly. It kept stopping at random times, and as a result, the study did not capture enough data. The test was supposed to last two nights, but the information sent to my doctor only covered a few hours—during which I could barely sleep. Horrible company!! Did not give the correct instructions for the sleep study - did not do the sleep study for 2 nights - only counted 3 hours of sleep which is ridiculous - charged me ahead of time and still have not submitted to insurance so I get a refund. Stay away from them!!!
