Blackstone Mechanical has been working with us for over a year. First time, we were paid, it was fine. Then they started not paying for the work that we completed in Maui. They owe almost $900 for work completed, that was sent with pictures and signed off on by store managers. They still call asking for us to do work for them, when asked if they would like to bring up their account to current, they scream, yell, threaten and berate you. They do not pay their contractors for the work they do. They owe us over $1300 and refuse to pay!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING FOR FREE. The estimates were signed and we got a work order # from them and everything. STILL NO PAYMENT.

One of the people you have in charge of hiring vendors is doing so without paying the bill. He sent me to take care of a small job. I did. I told him I had a minimum of 125.00. After the work was done. He said he would give me 110.00 then sends 70.00 and sends a text telling me to chill. No I get no response. This is very unprofessional. This is how I make a living.
