Unprofessional manager Gracialla Mitchel & refusal to give me Supervisors name. Owner called and said he doesn’t even have a supervisor but according to his staff General Managet Gracella they have two managers and two supervisors. These people are completely disrespectful and dishonest. Bad bye was for T or C. The owner also informed me he didn’t care if I put up a bad review so here it is. Now I know why his management is horrible they learned from the owner.

Blackstone Hot Springs is one of the best kept secrets in Southern New Mexico.
