I go to this gym quite often. Good people working there and plenty of equipment to workout with. Would highly recommend this gym to people in the Blacksburg area.
I had the best day at The Weight Club today. I had a leg/ankle injury back in April 2015 and haven't been able to work out as intense as I use to. I spoke to DeWayne and he taught me few exercises and variations I can do to improve range of motion, flexibility, balance and grow muscle again. It felt so great, and gained some confidence back! Definitely the best gym, with amazing professionals!
Trainers are fantastic, Monday/Wednesday night spin ROCKS, and the list of other classes (awesome instructors) and amenities - WOW!
