I never thought I'd want to go to the gym. Now I can't get enough. Taking the various classes (pump, combat,step, Zumba...) has changed my life for the better! The instructors are fun, fierce, and encouraging. I am excited to continue to challenge my mind and body this year, and see more results. Thank you for providing a healthy place to do so! The Weight Club is a wonderful gym to workout in because it feels like family. Everyone is so supportive of one another. Not to mention the abundance of group fitness classes and ample machines available!
Outstanding locker rooms and sauna, an indoor walking track, superior cycling classes and Tai Chi! Something for everyone.
