Installation went well, after service is very good. Money well spent.
Exceptional service. Diagnosed an issue, which would’ve been somewhat expensive. Took time and researched to make certain. Re-diagnosed and perform the repair free of charge. They didn’t have to do this, but integrity dictated it reasonable rates, helpful professional people. Can’t go wrong with them.
Very real, down to earth, understanding people.
The staff and techs at Blackout Generators are a pleasure to work with. We always find them to be prompt, polite and thorough. Alan was no exception plus, he readily answered all our questions and took time to explain some things about our Generac we were unfamiliar w/. We were very pleased to have him out.
