We had Kim call to schedule our yearly maintenance for our generator she was pleasant and it was an easy setup. We are very pleased with Blackout..
Out technician, Jason, did an outstanding job. He texted and met his arrival time. He explained everything to me, including the upcoming need for a new battery. He answered all of my questions.
We had Blackout generators come out and service our backup generator on our home and install a new one on our bussiness, they were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done with no problems and when they said they would have it completed, highly recommend them 👍
