This program is designed for anyone who has wanted to join a community of like-minded people that train in a unique way. We use elements of boxing and rowing as our main conditioning tools while using dumbbells, kettlebells, steel maces and TRX to help you put on lean muscle, strengthen tendons and ligaments and improve your overall strength. This program is adaptable to all fitness levels. No prior experience or special training is needed and our coaches will tailor the exercises and intensity level for each person.

Truly the best 60 minute workout. This is the only gym I have ever attended consistently. Love the variety of workouts and staff is awesome. Lots of classes and equipment first rate.
If your looking for a workout that will challenge you , burn lots of calories this is it. Trainers are fantastic and will encourage you . Lots of great people in the classes and will definitely bring you back for more ..Highly recommend trying a class
