Delicious, innovative, and elegant! – In our opinion. the only bakery in Orange County. We use and refer Black Market to all of our clients and we use them for all of our events! We have never been disappointed and we absolutely love the creations, whether an unsual cake request or simple and elegant tea cookies, we are always pleased and proud to showcase Black Market bakery!
The Best Bakery You Will Ever Find! – I have been going to the Blackmarket for almost three years now, and not once have I been disappointed! Chef Rachel Marie and her fabulous staff make the most wonderful cakes, croissants, cookies, and candies that I have ever tasted. Incredible Edibles! – Chef Rachel never disappoints. Words fail me in describing her absolutely luscious treats; one needs only to taste a sample and risk being hooked forever. Our favorite (and most requested) special occasion cake is the Metropolis, dark chocolate, mocha mousse, coffee genoise and semi-sweet chocolate fondant. Very European-like, smooth as silk and not overly sweet. Sinfully Delicious Bakery – I have been going to the Blackmarket bakery for a couple of years. At first it started with me just picking up a few of their unbelievable treats at the farmer's markets here and there. Then I started taking Rachels cooking classes. Her classes are phenomenal. What a Bakery Should Be – Blackmarket Bakery is an absolute Orange County find! They have such quality products and wonderful staff. Everything is freshly handmade from scratch. The brioche is a favorite. Try using it for making French Toast. The tarts are amazing. Save yourself some work and buy some for a dinner party. Hidden away near John Wayne in an industrial park, Black Market Bakery is a great place to buy treats for the workplace, event cakes, attend classes and even find unique Tshirts! Owner Rachel is a creative baker who combines flavors I've never dreamed of before. Best bakery in Orange County – The Black Widow Tart is my families favorite. I have purchased cakes for both my family and my office. Everyone and I mean everyone loves anything I bring from Blackmarket Bakery. I have taken some of the classes Rachel offers and have become a much better baker. I am so glad I found this place!!! The BEST!!! – Blackmarket has a wonderful staff and a phenomenal, talanted and enjoyable Chef! Chef Rachel Marie is a joy and her exuberance for her craft is contagious.
