Took my wife’s bike in for a puncture repair today and also had to get a stand installed, dealt with Trent and couldn’t have had a better experience. Trent was very polite, attended to my bike straight away and even though the installation of the stand was very challenging and time consuming, Trent was very patient and didn’t charge me extra for the installation and did an amazing job. Thx guys, I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
I wasn’t sure why my pump wasn’t working to inflate my daughter’s tyre, so I called around 8:38am. It was great to find they were already open from 8:30. I walked in without an appointment, and the staff member quickly realised the hose was faulty. Although they were waiting on new pumps to arrive, he kindly inflated the tyre for me on the spot, making the bike usable again for my daughter during her school break. She was absolutely thrilled. Trent and Nathan are incredible! I brought my son a 20 inch and had no clue what I was doing putting it together, I call up Blackman Bicycles and they put it together for me the same day, taking away all the stress and what a reasonable price they charged. I will always picking Blackmans Blacktown for my bike repair needs. 100%
Went there on Saturday 7/3/26. Needed my bike just to be checked if everything was alright. The two gentlemen provided an excellent service. Despite the shop being very busy, they had this amazing ability to be able to attend to everyone and assess their needs in a very timely manner. Costs were also very reasonable, imo. Highly recommended!
