The staff is always friendly and willing to help as much as possible. We board our dog there as well as her health visits are there everyone is wonderful the doctors and staff are so caring and understanding
Our dog Meme has cancer and we scheduled her for surgery for 8/3/2017. They called and cancelled her appointment due to an issue with their oxygen machine. Now they can schedule her for 3 weeks out. UNREAL. We have to go to a new vet. They have wasted our time and money. Saddest part is they don't care and now Meme has to suffer. So wrong on so many levels.
We have always had excellent care for our pets and have always been treated well by all staff.
I totally love the staff here. My dog has issues with boarding. But here with the staff he is rather calm with them. I trust them with my pets.
