Alisha at the Fort Worth location of Blacklock Storage really is the BEST! After having explored other storage facility options and not being impressed, I came to Blacklock and Alisha made choosing them a no-brainer. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, allowed me to see all of the options and eased the load of burdens I was carrying at the time. I would absolutely choose them again and again. Give this woman a raise!
Alisha was amazing and super sweet. She helped us a lot figuring out everything and making the process super easy! Would definitely recommend BLACKLOCK STORAGE to anyone needing a U-Haul truck! Great service and excellent communication.
Alisha is amazing! She walked me through selecting the best climate-controlled size unit ….twice! She is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and she goes above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained with a personal code gate to access the units. They also offer dollies and supplies as needed for moving. I feel confident leaving my belongings here, and I know Alisha is just a phone call away if I need anything.
Amazing service, answered all questions and was able to get me setup in a timely manner. Units are secured and clean. Highly recommended!!
We just moved to Texas and Alisha has been so helpful! She found the best option for us. The facilities are clean and secure. The prices are very reasonable for a storage unit. We will definitely recommend this place to others. UPDATE: We have been using them for 6 months now and we never had a problem. Alisha is so nice and helped us out every time we asked for it. She is a good asset to the company!
