Great service and storage for semi trucks.
Great experience and the lady working there is very nice.
As a local caterer, I have used Blacklock U-Haul for large events. Front desk employee, Alisha, always goes above and beyond to fit my schedule and needs. She is very knowledgeable of the U-Haul system and customer service is her super power. I have also used the storage facilities and found them to be clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this Fort Worth/Lakeside location.
Everything was going well. The front desk lady and I had a understanding on when payment was to be made. When things didn't go as was the norm I asked to get the corporate number and was refused. Zero accountability was taken for any mistake when all I asked for was business to be down as normal. Their mistake cost me roughly an extra $70. Think twice before doing business with these people. Before this I had zero problems.
