I was a huge fan of this store until I encountered the rudest sales associate at checkout. I highly doubt I’ll return and shop at this store again.

Don’t recommend having them ship items anywhere...usually drive to the area for the holidays and love going to BlackLion for their unique crafts around the holidays but had them ship it since I flew this time. This is how they arrived.

AMAZING store, I always come out with something unique.. Have my eye on the HUGE rocking horse in there now!!!! Trying to figure out where to put it and how to get it home!
I furnished my new home with choices from Black Lion. I loved having so many choices and seeing it all come together. Deliveries were timely and all staff could not have been more helpful and professional.
