RecommendedIt is a wonderful place to see and hear stories about the raptors that have been saved. As an amateur photographer it is an opportunity to add to my photographic library.
The first Saturday events are terrific! The volunteers are wonderful in educating people about these beautiful creatures. Plan to spend a fee hours out there. Get involved, ask questions, listen and learn!! It was raining this last time we went (a mild light rain) but that didn't stop us from participating! That is what raincoats and umbrellas are made for!!!

The program is amazing! If you have ever been curious about the local raptors this is the place to learn all about them and to see them up close.
80% of the birds are able to be released after their care! great job@
We learned so much and had a great time at 1st Saturday. The raptors are spectacular & their handlers & guides couldn’t be nicer. If you’re a nature nerd, 1st Saturday is for you! We had tons of opportunities to get pictures of the birds, & to see them up close. I promise you’ll leave with a new appreciation of these creatures & the environment!

Nikki and Brighid came to Precision Camera (all the way in Austin!) today to bring raptors to a photography class that I attended. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and the birds are gorgeous!
You guys are simply the BEST! For the past six years we've enjoyed having you come to our school. Thank you so much for knowing how to talk to young kids.
