Have been using this product for years. Great product. Terrible customer service. Ordered $100 worth of product and never received. Emailed customer service and was told to check my Mail box even after providing tracking number showing it was never delivered. Unfortunate.
I purchased the "Unforgivable" scented beard balm for the first time. I opened it and used a very small amount go try it out. It smells nothing like "Unforgivable" in fact it doesn't smell good at all. I'm guessing since I have tried it that I can no longer return it. Wasted $24
They close at 5pm not 6pm as listed here .
The sents are light are easy on the nose. Work great and last all day even in working conditions (Construction). Will be buying from again, thanks guys!!
Bought this beard oil for my husband... smells amazing! I absolutely love the aphrodisiac one and my husband's favorite is the leather one. I also got him cinnamon buns & lemon verbana which are so nice. These oils smell great but it's not overpowering either. They really make my husbands beard look nice too. Definately great quality products at a reasonable price. The shop is a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area but it's inside a little house.
