You guys are the best the compassion you all have for us humans when we have to say goodby to our babies is amazing. I just had to do that the other day to my skylarscott whom I miss dearly. Blackhawk goes above and beyond to provide the best service and care possible. Currently they treat both my horse and my dogs, and I have never been more satisfied with veterinary services. My last few visits have been emergencies, and the staff has been most helpful and providing as much information as possible. They even go out of their way to follow up after the appointments or visits.
One in a million vet. Alway there when I need help. I can ask doc. Kevin a really dumb question and he will take the time to answer it. He doesn't make me feel like I am stupid for asking. His barn manners are above reproach.
Took my 11 year old Maltese dog to his normal Rockford vet. Was told he was deaf, could see okay, and had cognitive dysfunction. We took him into Blackhawk and found out .. he's not deaf, doesn't have cognitive dysfunction, and is blind! Will be taking all my animals to Byron from now on!!!
Absolutely the best animal care imaginable!!!
