Worst company. Tries to cheat you out of your deposits
All was fine when I was a renter. Move out inspection went fine with them verbally saying it just saying it needed to be cleaned and any piece of trash on property needs to be pick up. I did as they requested and hired professional cleaners to be sure all was okay and cleaned the carpet myself with a Rug Doctor. I left thinking all was good and ready for the next people. Practice business more honorable & stopping trying to cheat customers
Avoid at all costs. Slumlords. Non-responsive to maintenance calls, properties are in horrible condition, unprofessional owners and realtors. They do not have an actual office and avoid a final walk-through, requiring you to leave your keys at a UPS store and then withhold your deposit without citing in final paperwork what damages the deposit is being withheld for.
