Blackhawk came to my house to address my mole problem last fall 2022. Because the snow fell earlier than expected they said they would return in the spring if the moles did. When I called in the spring they did not acknowledge their committment and charged me full price for a second service in May 2023. They claimed to have returned to check on the traps yet the mole problem continued to get worse and worse. They charged us $425.00 to seal the house and get rid of mice. There were still mice. They came back a second time and put traps in the attic and promised to return in a few weeks. Over three months I text 2 times (which showed as read) and an email with no response. Finally, I went in the ceiling access to the attic myself. I found the traps scattered around in inside of the attic on the loose fill insulation. None against the walls where they should be placed. No mice were caught. But we still have mice.
