They are holding funds on my card saying wrongfully that I wasn't the intended person for the funds. This is simply wrong. To prove that the card belongs to me I had to send them a copy of my ID, utility bill and the original email with the card info. They are still denying me my money. I have never seen such badly run prepaid card company. I wouldn't use them if didn't have to. Unfortunately it wasn't my choice to receive the funds through this company's network.
Horrible experience. All the Visa Gift Cards I have purchased, they have kept money from me! If I have an order that is cancelled or has a missing item and the retailer send me refund, they block it and keep it from me. I've lost so much money with these Visa Gift Cards.

Never buy a gift card with their name on it! They will steal your money! Their people messed up and put a fake name on it and tried to blame me. Your people started the case and put in the wrong name. They told them that he had to educate me because they put the wrong name on the case but yet all my information they told me to send them had my name on it
Absolutely terrible customer rewards experience. They cannot speak clear English, comprehend, or resolve card issues. I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REWARDS. The incentive becomes useless when trying to redeem their rewards for the effort put into earning these cards, and subsequently, they DO NOT WORK!!!
