The apartments are really neat because they have super high ceilings and great windows and the location is close to a lot of up and coming areas in hamilton county but the security and maintenance is lax and the amenities aren't great. Nearly impossible to get ahold of someone in the office and exterior is riddled with dog poop that other tenants have not tended to.Also very expensive to obtain wireless internet.
Tuesdays and thursdays only? Place is a joke you can’t even get in contact with anyone and when you do they don’t bother helping you.
It's a Herculean trial to get in contact with the leasing agent. When I did get in contact, they changed the agreed upon quote and apartments.
