The office staff sound like they are knowledgeable, and nice.
I've lived here for a little over a year and I love it! The dishwasher and fridge could use replaced, but other than that I have hardly had any issues! Maintenance is usually on the ball, and the management is friendly and actually pretty cool! Overall a good first place to live, and I'm very glad I chose to move in here. Come check it out!

Been living here at Blackhawk Apartments for 12 years and love it here!! Very friendly staff and there is a pool, playground, and laundrymat on site. If there's ever any problem whether it's your apartment unit or something in general, it always gets taken care of immediatly by the apartment management and staff. The apartment management and staff are always on the ball and on top of things at all times. Blackhawk Apartments is very close to shopping and right across the street from Georgetown Square.
