Unsafe There are drug dealers and drinks out all day and at night there are constantly police knocking on doors looking for people. Worst place over ever lived
Excellent place to call home! Staff is super helpful and maintenance always takes care of stuff immediately. Highly recommend.
It's disguised as a nice place If you like moving into a dust-filled apartment, if you want to pay way too much for rent, deal with extremely loud air conditioning units and really loud bathroom fans, be treated poorly by management, hope you get a washer when you need to do laundry, and live somewhere with paper thin walls, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, keep looking for someplace nice. Don't be fooled by the outer appearance. There is so much bad here! I didn't list all of it.
RecommendedFrank does a great maintenance when its needed defenetly recommended
Scott and all others we have spoken to in the office have been very kind and helpful. We have lived places in the past where you can sense dishonesty right away and they don't give straight answers, but I am happy to say we don't have to deal with that here. The community feel and apartment is on point with price. Great location--suprisingly peaceful.
frank and John are very good with the residents and they both do a great job with the maintenance here when needed

Whenever I have a maintenance concern, it is addressed quickly and professionally. Frank is the person who came by recently. He diagnoses the issue right away and does a great job with the remedy. He is always polite like the entire Blackhawk staff.

It was going well. But the people on the third floor keep having parties. One person puked all over my patio and walkway. I complained to management. They told me I have to clean it up. I would not recommend this place.
