RecommendedFrank does a great maintenance when its needed defenetly recommended
Scott and all others we have spoken to in the office have been very kind and helpful. We have lived places in the past where you can sense dishonesty right away and they don't give straight answers, but I am happy to say we don't have to deal with that here. The community feel and apartment is on point with price. Great location--suprisingly peaceful.
frank and John are very good with the residents and they both do a great job with the maintenance here when needed

Whenever I have a maintenance concern, it is addressed quickly and professionally. Frank is the person who came by recently. He diagnoses the issue right away and does a great job with the remedy. He is always polite like the entire Blackhawk staff.

It was going well. But the people on the third floor keep having parties. One person puked all over my patio and walkway. I complained to management. They told me I have to clean it up. I would not recommend this place.

We have lived here for nearly 11 years. In the beginning it was really nice. Whenever there was a problem the problem was handled right away with no issues, neighbors were nice and management was awesome. They really cared about their tenants. Now, not so much. Our two new neighbors are loud and unruly. The cops have been called several times and I even wrote managment about the cops being called bc the guy beats his girlfriend, cops are being called early morning and late into the night and they are screaming outside about ... read more
Garbage all over the parking lot. Couches in dumpsters. Dog crap on the sidewalks. Just to name a few things.
Thank you for not caring that I missed your 60 day move out notice by about a week to say. Was hoping to get part of my deposit back to buy necessities for my baby and after paying you guys an extra $170 out of pocket I really cant. $294 as a late fee for that 1 week folks 👏👏
